Community Rules
Our goal is to provide a safe, peaceful community for all of our tenants. Below are a list of community rules that are also outlined in your lease. Violation of these rules can lead to a warning, or in worst cases, a notice to vacate.
Respect the Property
No smoking or vaping inside any unit.
No fireworks anywhere on the property.
Do not make alterations or modifications to your unit without written approval.
Report maintenance issues promptly by email.
Use only septic-safe toilet paper and cleaning products.
Never flush wet wipes, feminine hygiene products, cigarette butts, or other non-septic-safe items.
Be a Good Neighbor
Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
Please be respectful of your neighbors and avoid excessive noise.
You are responsible for the behavior of your guests.
Outdoor Areas
Keep outdoor areas clean and uncluttered.
No indoor furniture (couches, mattresses, etc.) outside.
Do not store boxes, totes, appliances, trash, or other personal belongings outdoors.
Keep the property free of broken or unsightly items.
Grills and fire pits are only permitted in approved areas (if applicable).
Parking
Each unit is assigned 2 parking spaces.
No parking on the grass at any time.
No inoperable or abandoned vehicles are allowed on the property.
Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
Trash
Dispose of trash properly.
Only approved household waste may be placed in the dumpster.
Do not leave trash or large items outside the dumpster.
Safety
Children are not permitted in loft areas.
Please use caution during winter weather. Salt may be provided, but snow removal may be limited.
Guests
Guests are welcome, but extended stays require management approval.
No subletting or short-term rentals (including Airbnb).
Insurance
Renters insurance is required throughout your lease term.
